Tyre Lab Return/refund policy
If you are looking to initiate a return with Tyre Lab, read this policy. You may begin by emailing us at returns@tyrelab.co.uk
All orders placed at Tyre Lab can be cancelled before 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time of the tyre.
For replacement requests, the concerned customer will be responsible for the difference in the price of the product and additional charges.
You will not be eligible for a return if:
- The tyre was fitted on a wheel assembly
- Tyre was used on off-roads or on-road
- Any type of misuse
- Any type of alteration with the tyre
The tyres ordered can be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase.
We only accept un-mounted tyres that have not been used or attached to wheels.
You may incur the following return/refund charges:
- 2 per cent of payment gateway fees
- 10 per cent of re-stocking charges
- The return cost of shipping the tyre back to us
If the product is found to be faulty because of Tyre Lab’s error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refund process
Refunds for accepted requests will be credited back to the original payment gateway within 10 days of acceptance.
Warranty information
All the products sold by Tyre Lab come with manufacturer warranty and are brand new.
